1. Initial conversation
Send us photographs and a brief description of the bathroom you want to enhance.
2. Site survey
We inspect the existing bathroom, take measurements, and discuss layout, fittings, finishes, and practical requirements.
3. Written quotation and schedule
You will receive a defined scope of works, project price, proposed schedule, and staged payment plan.
4. Installation and handover
We complete the agreed work, carry out final checks, and provide applicable electrical paperwork before handing the bathroom back to you.
Bathroom refurbishment pricing
Complete bathroom renovations start from £5,999 + VAT.
The final cost depends on:
- The size and condition of the room
- Whether the layout is changing
- The fittings and finishes selected
- The amount of plumbing or electrical alteration required
- Any additional preparation or specialist work
- Access and waste-removal requirements
An in-person survey is required before we can provide a confirmed quotation.
Staged payments
- 50% deposit to secure the project and begin preparation
- 25% following completion of the first-fix stage
- 25% on completion
Your exact payment schedule will be confirmed in writing before work starts.
