Plumbing Price Structure

- For emergency leak call outs from 7AM to 6PM, the plumbing pricing structure is £135 per hour.

- For evening hours from 6PM to 12AM, the rate is £185 per hour.

- During the night from 12AM to 7AM, the fee increases to £320 per hour.

All prices are exclusive of VAT and cover a range of services, including tap repairs and replacements.

Bathrooms starting from £5999. Each bathroom will require an in-person survey of works and confirmation of the finish outcome from the client before work commences. Alongside our standard services, we offer plumbing pricing structures for emergency leak call out situations, ensuring you receive timely assistance. We will provide a detailed schedule of works and payments, including any necessary tap repairs and replacements. A 50% deposit will be required upfront, with 25% due after the first fix and the remaining amount upon completion.

We specialise in toilet repairs, providing both reactive and scheduled maintenance. Our team carries the necessary spares to achieve a first visit fix. Our plumbing pricing structure includes full cistern component replacements (toilet flush valve, fill valve, coupling kit, and doughnut washer) for £240 + VAT, which covers materials. For a fill valve replacement, the cost is £140 + VAT including materials, while a flush valve replacement is £150 + VAT including materials. If the repair requires only a simple solution, such as a washer replacement, the charges are as follows: from 7 AM to 6 PM it's £130 + VAT, and from 6 PM to 9 PM, it's £165 + VAT. Repairs needed after 9 PM will be classified as an emergency leak call out, with rates determined by the specific circumstances.

We offer a complete domestic plumbing system that includes removing your existing setup and expertly plumbing your house to meet your specific needs. Our plumbing pricing structure starts at £7000 for a standard 2-bedroom property. This service covers everything from new installations to emergency leak call out scenarios, as well as tap repairs and replacements.

-7AM - 6PM £175 per hour for standard plumbing services, including tap repairs and replacements.

-6PM - 12AM £200 per hour for plumbing tasks, such as emergency leak call outs.

-12AM - 7AM £385 per hour for urgent plumbing issues.

What is a qualified referral? After using our services, if we receive a client who confirms that you have recommended our emergency leak call out services, you will receive 20% off your next call out. (This must be used within 1 year of the client paying.) Additionally, if you take advantage of our plumbing pricing structure by using our services 5 times for any service, you will receive a free EICR completed on your property, including tap repairs and replacements.
