These prices provide a guide for standard domestic socket outlets, switches and lighting points. Ex VAT

Base Installation Charge

£150

A base charge applies to each project, including domestic electrical work, covering attendance, initial setup, and completion administration for electrical installation services and rewire services.

Up to Five Points

£120

Suitable for smaller installations involving domestic electrical work, including standard socket outlets, switches, or lighting positions, as well as providing electrical installation services and rewire services.

Six to Nine Points

Package Quotation

We will review the layout, access, and cable routes for your domestic electrical work before providing you with the best overall package price for our electrical installation services and rewire services.

Ten or More Points

£90

A reduced per-point rate may apply when several points can be efficiently installed as part of the same domestic electrical work, including various electrical installation services and rewire services.

Simple Back-to-Back Points

If a new point can be installed directly behind an existing point, with straightforward access and minimal cable routing, a £30 reduction may be applied to the normal per-point price for our domestic electrical work, which includes comprehensive electrical installation services and rewire services.

Complex Points

In the realm of domestic electrical work, certain complex points are priced individually and may include: difficult or concealed cable routes, extensive access to floors or ceilings, long cable runs, chasing into finished walls, additional circuit protection, restricted working areas, and specialist accessories or controls, all of which may be covered in our electrical installation services or rewire services.

What Is a Standard Point?

A standard point for domestic electrical work includes one socket outlet, switch, or lighting position using a standard white accessory and an accessible cable route. Decorative fittings and premium accessories, along with any additional remedial work, will be clearly identified in your quotation for our electrical installation services. All prices are guide rates and may vary depending on the existing installation's condition, accessibility, and final scope. A confirmed quotation will always be agreed upon before rewire services begin.
